As a lifelong Italophile, Lisa lives and breathes the country - and even eats and drinks Italian. Lisa has won awards for her writing on Italy (for work in National Geographic Traveller and Italia! magazine) including from the Italian Tourist Board and the British Guild of Travel Writers. Her range goes from Milan fashion to the Mafia, from ski resorts to Sicilian baroque.

An Italian-speaker who has lived in Florence, Siena and Rome, Lisa is now partly based in Liguria. Lisa has written numerous books on Italy and is widely acknowleged the “go to” person for Italian punditry, talks and copywriting.
